What we collect
When you request beta access we collect your WhatsApp number, your trade, and basic technical information about your visit (which ad or link brought you here, your approximate country, and browser type).
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you on WhatsApp about TQuote beta access and to understand which of our adverts are useful to tradespeople. We rely on your request for access (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract) as our lawful basis.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) and, only if you accept cookies, Meta receives events about your visit (such as page view and form submitted) via the Meta Pixel.
Cookies
We only use Meta (Facebook) Pixel cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner. They help us measure which of our ads bring people to this page; Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy. If you click Reject, no Meta code loads. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
Separately, we keep a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage and count page visits and button clicks on our own servers, so we can see how many visitors request access. This is never shared with third parties and doesn't identify you.
How long we keep it
Until the beta ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner — and no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data at any time, or tell us to stop contacting you, by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing privacy@tquote.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
